Return Policy

At High Tails & Co., we strive for your complete satisfaction. We have created our return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing that we are here to assist you if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase.

1. General

Our return policy allows a generous period of 30 days. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags and labels. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hightailsco.com. Please note: returns must be sent to the warehouse from which the products were originally shipped, which is in most cases located in China. Always contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.

If your return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to the provided address. We cannot accept returns sent back without prior approval.

2. Damages and Issues

It is very important that you carefully inspect your items immediately upon receiving your order. If you notice a defect, damage, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away. This allows us to assess the issue and provide a quick solution.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to receive a replacement quickly, we recommend returning the item as soon as possible. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item.

4. 30-Day Return Right Within the European Union

If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing a justification.

As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you immediately regarding approval of the refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and for it to appear on your account.

6. Personalised Products

Personalised or custom-made items — including products where you provided names or personal details for customisation — cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

These products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing your customisation details before finalising your order.

7. Delays

If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at info@hightailsco.com.
